140224 - The #100HappyDays Challenge

Hey there! Today I'm going to do a sharing post instead of updating my life LOL. So yea, recently I'm challenging myself for this #100HappyDays, which I saw it from my lovely friend Pui Sim posted it on Facebook.

Yes I believe that all of us won't have this happy mood for a continuous 100 days, so do I. Life has ups and downs, it's impossible to feel happy when you're actually facing sadness, angriness or maybe moody. Being happy everyday is not an easy task, and ain't no one has that time to be happy everyday, because we human beings have different kind of feelings in a day, maybe there's a particular stuff that can delight your day so much.

When I saw the question above "Can you be happy for 100 days in a row?" I asked myself, definitely no. So I thought to give myself a challenge, maybe this challenge can help me to grow by just focusing on positive things in my life. I'm the type of person who can't hold on something for a very long, I tried the #1SecondEveryday challenge to improve my video shooting's skill, however after 1 month, my Sammy (Samsung Note 1) got to send for repair for 1 week, some of my videos were recorded using Sammy, I almost thought that I was going to lost all the pictures and videos (luckily nothing happened phew). So that challenge is considered fail to me T____T. This #100HappyDays challenge is like an interesting one to improve myself more.
The creators of the website feel that the increased speed of life has impacted people today in a way that they "there is less and less time to enjoy the moment that you are in". They add: "The ability to appreciate the moment, the environment and yourself in it, is the base for the bridge towards long term happiness of any human being." The website urges people to click pictures of things that make them happy every day for 100 days; the objective: to make busy bees realise what their real happiness quotient is. - from IBN Life
"71% of people tried to complete this challenge, but failed quoting lack of time as the main reason. These people simply did not have time to be happy. Do you?" This question holds my gut and I have so much of urge to say "NO!" XD.

Does this sound interesting to you? It's very easy to start this, go to the #100HappyDays website and register with your name, email, when are you going to start the challenge, which social media you prefer to share your happiness (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr and email) etc. And after this you can start your challenge right away by uploading your photo taken with the hashtag
#100HappyDays

Easy peasy right? :D
This is not a competition or show off who is the happiest one or who get the most liked in social media, it's about yourself on how you face your daily life with 1 or maybe more happy stuff. For sure you will feel how blessed you are as a human and start to appreciate everything happened in your life. Also it'll be a challenge for us to convert something negative to positive! It's like how we see things positively and make fun with it.

How optimistic is this!
The website has a signup form at the bottom to record all 100 happy days. It claims to send users a little 100 page book with each challengers happy days if completed. - from WPTV
I wonder how the little book look like :3.

I'm currently on the stage of #Day4. You can go to my Instagram to see all my updates for this challenge. So go and challenge yourself, who knows you'll find another side of you, which shine not only for yourself, but to others around you :). It's always a good thing to feel contented. Maybe something tiny that can brighten up your day, it's not necessary to be a very big thing to make you happy right? So go go go! I'm looking forward for more happy days too XD.
